New regulations for HIPAA came into effect this past weekend, requiring that all covered entities provide an updated and readable notice of privacy practices.
We have updated our own notice, and you can always find the latest copy of it here. Prospective patients can also find it on our new patients page.
Operationally, we do not do anything different with your information than we did previously, but the notice has been adjusted to conform to the new regulations.
