Good Walking Habits

Walking is something we learned to do at a young age. We would stand up, fall forward and catch ourselves by putting one foot out and taking a step. Though we have made this process of almost falling a lot smoother with time, there are things we can do when we walk to make sure that we wont hurt ourselves or wear down our joints when we do it.
