At Amherst Wellness Center, we offer two approaches to helping you change old habits and form better ones. The first is a client-directed health coaching process, with a focus on nutrition and simple mindful changes of habit. The second is hypnosis – using the imagination and power of the mind to encourage change. Both are individually tailored to your needs. This way, you can work at your own pace.
One of the most important things about self care is consistency. We aim to help you build a strong, sustainable and healthy life by providing support and building on the foundation you already have.
